Sorry for delaying post
Well I been very busy lately, so I haven't been able to cook much. Hyvee Chinese is honestly really good. For $4.39 not including tax you can get your self a nice precooked Hyvee Chinese meal all you have to do is warm it up, for the price you get a lot of chicken it's a really good deal!
Oh I was going to cook ramen tonight instead of water I'll be using Crush orange soda, fml I ran out of crush, I'll be making a post about Crush soda ramen when I get some more Crush orange.

How to cook rice!
There are many types of rice, cooking them is generally the same. I'm going to teach you how to cook jasmine rice. Jasmine rice is a great rice commonly used in Asian cooking, it's non sticky and taste good with other foods. So I'll demonstrate with enough rice for 4 people. You'll need 2 to 2.5 cups of rice. Uncooked white rice you can find at any grocery store. What you'll need is a pot or a rice cooker. 1st you rinse off the rice a few times in the pot or the rice cooker pot then you'll want to have enough water in the pot that is a little more than doubles the amount of rice, you can eyeball it. For rice cooker, you plug it in have the switch set to cook, wait 30 min or so the switch will jump from cook to warm, for stove, you'll want to cook on high for 30 min have a lid on the pot, then once the time is up, you'll want to stir the rice with a stirring stick, put the lid back on and wait 15 seconds, and the rice will be ready to eat.
Tonight's Dinner
Yang's Everything Fried Rice.
Ingredient:
Cooked rice - not fried yet
Sesame oil
Soy Sauce
Tofu
Baked Potato
Canola or Vegetable Oil
2 Hot Dogs
2 Eggs
2 Green Onions
Baked Potato
2 Small Red Spicy Chilis
Laoganma Spicy Chili Crisp
The amount of rice is proportional to the amount of everything else and the number of people eating.
Cooking:
Need 1 large frying pan and spatula
1st chop up your baked potato, green onion, and tofu to bite sized pieces, make finer chops on the green onion.
Beat the eggs so everything is a yellow consistency. Have your rice ready to go, if you don't know how to cook rice, i'll post it in my next post.
Coat the pan with your cooking oil,
then add a tiny bit of sesame oil, tiny bit!!!!! You can add some laoganma spicy chili crisp too. Your stove should be upper middle to high heat. Wait until the oil gets warm in the pan, dump in your eggs in the pan fry until the egg turns solid enough and don't over do it and burn the eggs, now you add the hot dogs in fry them for awhile, then add the potato, tofu, and the 2 Small Red Spicy Chilis, fry for a while, now add your rice. Once everything is in, give a few squirts of soy sauce into the pan, fry a little more. Once you see the soysauce turned the rice brown, it's done. You will know when the fried rice is ready to eat.
Enjoy!

Spicy Chicken Tofu Ramen
It's healthy and very simple to make.
Ingredient:
2 packs of ramen any flavor or 3 packs of ramen for the starving.
1 green onion
Any tofu, for me I chose the already fried tofu found at most Asian grocery stores
Chicken, I chose roasted chicken from the grocery store, it's already cooked so I don't have to cook it.

(optional) Any crushed dry red peppers, you can find it at most grocery stores, or go ask for some at Pizza Hut, for my choice I have "Tone's Pepper red crushed" you can find that at Sams Club
(optional) Tom Yum Paste you can find it at most Asian grocery stores
(optional) Regular pepperoni or diced pepperoni - 5 pieces
Cooking Instructions
Go fetch a pot, fill it with water, wait for it to boil, depending on size of pot it will take anywhere between 6 - 10 min. Now decide whether you want a ramen soup or not. If you want some soup pour some of the boiling water into the bowl, do it now, if you want to do it after you cook the ramen, you'll have ramen pulp in your soup, not good! Now you shred up some chicken, dice up 1 green onion, get a good size chunk of tofu and cut it into bite size pieces. The amount of chicken, and tofu depends on your appetite. Now you have the chicken, onion, and tofu prepared, put it in your bowl. Now dump your ramen flavorings that came with the noodles into the bowl as well. **For every 1 package of ramen use half of the ramen flavoring, whatever left you can toss, if you put more than my recommended amount of ramen flavoring, the noodles will get too salty.** Now you can empty your ramen into the boiling water, boil for a few minutes, stir ramen so it cooks evenly, once it becomes soft, it's done, you don't want it too soft and mushy. Now mix everything in the bowl and enjoy.
Optional: add 5 pieces of pepperoni, 1 teaspoon of crushed dry red peppers, 1 teaspoon of Tom Yum paste in your noodle for spicy flavoring.
